What is the minimum order?
10 pieces per product. There are no contracts and no obligation to reorder.
Is there an easy way to start?
Yes. Our Hotel Starter Set contains five bestsellers, 10 pieces each, at a lower price than ordering them separately.
What if a product doesn't sell?
Unopened products can be exchanged for other TITBITS products within 3 months.
How long do the products keep?
Every order is sourced and packed to order, with at least 12 months shelf life on delivery.
How fast do you deliver?
Usually within 3 business days, throughout the EU.
How does payment work?
Payment is made directly when you place your order. There are no invoices afterwards.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Every product comes in neutral outer packaging with a playful product name, designed to fit naturally in a minibar or display.
Are the toys ready to use?
Rechargeable products are delivered charged, so guests can use them straight away.
How do I see trade prices?
Request a business account with your Chamber of Commerce (KvK) details. Once approved, trade prices are visible right away.
We have several hotels. Can we order centrally?
Yes. One account covers all your locations. You order for all of them at once, pay directly, and we deliver to each hotel.
